Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from Lawrencio Co., you agree to these terms. Rentals include the standard rental period stated at booking. Extensions are billed at a daily rate.

Prohibited Materials

Hazardous waste, tires, batteries, refrigerants, wet paint, and certain chemicals may not be placed in our containers. Prohibited materials found in a container may result in additional fees.

Weight Limits

Each rental includes a stated tonnage allowance. Overage tonnage is billed at the disposal facility's per-ton rate plus a handling fee.

Placement & Damage

Customer is responsible for approving the drop location and any surface damage caused by the container's placement. We take reasonable care and use protective boards where practical.

Liability

Lawrencio Co.'s liability is limited to the rental amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
